Morgan Castiglione

Thank you for viewing my profile. My name is Morgan Castiglione and I will graduate in 2025 from Medina Valley High School. I highly prioritize my grades and I'm ranked 12 out of 556 students with a 4.675 GPA. I have played at the Varsity level since my freshman year, and I play select for Hotshots Premier Frederiksen 18U. I have been a starter both years playing both center field and left field along with slapping/hitting from the left side. This past high school season, I lead my team with 36 hits along with 9 reach-on-errors. Throughout my high school season, I worked extremely hard on and off the field, including morning workouts, lessons and extra reps after practice. I was able to grow not only as an athlete but also as an individual committed to bettering myself and the people around me. My coaches graciously awarded me with the 2022-2023 MV Fighting Heart Award for hard work and dedication throughout the season. Throughout my life, I have been dedicated to playing softball year-round, and have had my eyes set on playing in college. I have always believed that nothing good comes easy, and playing in a so-called "game of mistakes" serves as a prime example. Therefore, I have always strived to put my best foot forward in everything I do, and to never become content with my successes. Softball is a huge part of my life and has fueled my desire to compete in all that I do. I am extremely blessed with an opportunity to do what I love and I hope to continue the privilege at a higher level. Thank you for your time.
