Maci Thain

My name is Maci Thain. I play for Oklahoma Athletics under Cornelius Davis. I’m in the 2027 class of Mountain View-Gotebo High School. I’m extremely dedicated on and off the field, as I maintain a 4.0 GPA and hold a class rank of 1.

I have had a passion for softball since I first stepped on the field. I started playing when I was seven, and softball immediately earned a special place in my heart. I always love being challenged, which is one of many reasons I love being a pitcher, as pitching is like a game of chess. I’ve been thrown through some adversity, as I missed my 8th grade year, because of injury. I’ve also been given the most wonderful experiences and life-long memories. All the struggles and successes have shaped me into the athlete and person that I am.
