Ryan Renne

I have been coaching or running sports organizations for the past 23 years. I started coaching youth football and running the organization until my son moved to high school football. I was the booster club president during their high school years at Huntington Beach High School. As president, I increased the overall budget, providing the coaches and athletes with everything needed to compete at a high level. Ultimately winning a CIF SS football championship. After football ended, my daughter started softball at six years old. I coached her team and then became the president of Capo softball in South Orange County, CA, where I helped oversee the growth from 100+ players to 300+ players. When I relocated to Michigan, I decided to begin my time with the Firecrackers Softball organization. Over the past 4 years, I've coached one of the best teams in Michigan and had them compete at the best tournaments against the best teams. We have also created an environment that has seen the Firecrackers grow from 2 teams to over 11 during that time, with future expansion on the horizon!
