Christina DuPlessis

Hi! I'm Coach Christina DuPlessis! I am entering my 3rd year coaching travel softball at the developmental level as well as my first year coaching High school softball at Guerin Catholic High School.

I couldn't be more honored to have the opportunity to coach for this top program in the country and while leading, and developing this fantastic group of 9U Indiana Magic Gold girls. I have such a passion for the game of softball and have played since I was 6 years old! A little bit about myself: I grew up in the Chicagoland Suburbs and am from Morris, Illinois. I began playing baseball at a very young age through the age of 6 pitching for an all boy's baseball team before making the leap into Fastpitch Softball. I played for the competitive travel organization, the Orland Park Sparks Premier from 12U-18U having played for top National coaches Tom DiBiase and Joe Tholl. I give all my knowledge, experience, and accolades growing up in elementary school through high school to Coach DiBiase for teaching me respect, honor, disclipline, courage, and developing me to be a top Middle Infielder to come out of the state of Illinois at such a young age. I am blessed to be the first recruit from Illinois to play Softball for the University of Louisville Cardinals from 2007-2011 where I played Second Base and Left Field right handed hitter and lefty slapper under Sandy Pearsall, Arkansas Coach: Courtney Scott Deifel, and NFCA President Carol Bruggeman. I am a stronger and mentally tougher woman personally and professionally having played college softball for those women in The Ville and am blessed to have had the opportunity to be a student athlete in Louisville for 4 years. I majored in Sports Administration with a minor in Communications.

I currently am an Account Executive for Coface, North America with their Business Information team. My family and I reside in Westfield, Indiana where my husband AJ and I have a 9 year old daughter named Riley and a 6 year old son named Brayden. We thoroughly enjoy our time outdoors, or on a field or a court with our kids, or on a walk with our German Shepherd Athena, catching a good country concert, enjoying a good brew or a glass of wine with friends, and traveling to Big Sky Country while making our way to visit U.S. National Parks.
